San Rafael Home Renovation by Eichler

Open Kitchen Design

This San Rafael California Eichler house was remodeled in 2007 by architects Lucian Rosciszewski and Marek Slosar of San Francisco. Impressive features include an open concept design filled with modern furniture and stainless steel appliances.

Mr. Rosciszewski and Mr. Slosar turned this million dollar home into a slice of heaven with new radiant heating, etched glass, a custom entrance and new cabinetry. The before picture in this gallery shows you just how subtle yet dramatic their remodel was and that’s no easy feat.

New bathroom, a new media room and new finish throughout make this San Rafael home renovation an attractive investment even after a recession. The modern architecture style and fresh interior design ideas flow into every room and I love the addition of the Japanese garden where a simple tile yard existed before.
